I want a more civilized build. Time era, building style, architecture, specific geographical location. No more people spreading out and building wherever they want.
 Strict rules, trading roads, and land owners.
 For some reason no one can create a server that follows these rules. One because people split off from one other.
 Server should have a whitelist, people should only be invited if they are known to the host, and can be trusted. People who actually want to do something instead of doing stupid stuff.
 If only I owned a server, only if I.

The private server I play on used to do this, with all players cooperating in one large fortress then expanding outwards with highways and large farms, but people eventually got bored of always being in contact and went off to found their own towns or build their own bases off far away.
