Right click on a pig to ride it. You might want to save it since it is kinda hard to find dungeons for more.

I'm playing on Peaceful

I'd be careful what you say on the forums. I play on peaceful. The First time I played Easy I was trapped in a Tower. Creepers, Everywhere. My TNT trap failed catastrophically. Drawing my final Arrow back, I noticed a Skeleton within the Crowd. The arrow Flying at my face, I fell off the Tower into the Pit of Creepers. "Mommy, He-" Boom.

Haven't found a single squid while on Normal since the update, spawn a new world and turn on Peaceful, squids everywhere.

     Dawn of the 2nd day
  As I woke up this morning, I quickly noticed my remaining heart. Walked up from the pit, tightly gripping my sword. I watched all of the Zombies running off into the Caves. I Noticed my Tower, completey destroyed. Hungry, I looked around. "No pigs in sight." I ran to the Shoreline of Gravel Beach an plopped my line in the water.  The bobber stood there, motionless. 'Plink'! It dived underwater! I hurriedly reeled my Line in, Hoping to have caught a squid.

Anyways, I switched difficulties back to normal on the same world I found the squid on, and they remained, so hoping I fixed the problem.
