I had an idea for a tex pack where the colors would be like checkered with a light-dark pattern. I have a good feeling that this has been done before. Opinons? I'm not sure how well this would work out. I even thought of making it a 4x4 texture pack so it would be completely restricted to the checkered color scheme, but then you wouldn't be able to tell things from other things.
