just found my first diamonds on my friends server. i almost gave up before i got them too.

There was this fork in the cave that went 3 different directions and had water flowing down 2 of them i think. I didn't notice one fork and was ambushed by skellies and killed. Then I went back to get all my stuff and... died again. Then I went back and died again and ragequit.

I got back on a few hours later, and went down the cave thinking all my stuff would be gone. It wasn't. I gathered it all up and killed some baddies, then put some torches down. After looking around a tiny bit more... 4 diamonds!! woohoo! plus a bunch of redstone and 2 gold... just 2 more gold and i can make a watch :)

(this was way more epic than it sounds... oh well lol)

Explored another part of my cave i missed before... found 2 gold and some redstone, then a creeper exploded on my way back through and exposed another little area where i found a vein of 8 gold :o i made my watch, now i carry around a compass and watch all the time :D

Well I started out asking him what he liked most about Minecraft and he said he likes how the grass grows on the dirt blocks, and that he likes that feature very much.

And I asked him if any secret friday updates are going to be released soon and he said he hasn't planned on it.

My mom made up some meatloaf and he and my family had dinner.


He's pretty cool but he's quite shy.
