Idear
Make it rain lava in the nether periodically.
Every 10 seconds without shelter or >iron armor inflicts 1 1/2 hearts damage.

Powered rails are ok for some things. But they certainly don't fill the gap that traditional boosters currently occupy.
they just aren't powerful enough. and it will take a huge amount of gold to make longer tracks.

Because gold is used for everything. At least iron has multiple uses, but gold really has no "useful" uses except the clock and some tad other stuff. At least now people can do something except making a clock collection with their stacks of gold.

Hey guys
So, with the whole achievement thing, I wanted to start a new world to unlock them.
I typed in Potato Applesauce just to see what would come up. 2 caves in large hills extremely close to the spawn, seen by how slow the rendering was being(much, much slower than usual), 16 coal just behind you when you stand on the spawn, along with a large tree, and 5 iron right on the surface infront of the coal. Oh, yeah, and there is already a carved out cave (no monsters, two exits) for your first night.

This means I have gotten 16 coal, 5 iron, access to two caves possibly leading to dungeon spawners, and many, many achievements.



Conclusion: Potato Applesauce = Easy Mode.

That's true. But I still dislike the fact it adds zero momentum to a cart after it has reached full speed. Although more realistic, it's rather annoying in minecraft physics.
