Okay Jay I'm coming to Super-Earth. But holy stuff. It seems that for a city to count as a metropolis (largest) it needs 12 members?! That is so little! =O For a nation to be empire (largest) it needs 12 cities. That is 144 members total for metropolises. Guess we gonna have a sweet empire running there soon. =D But it does require whitelist so that cuts the amount of members quite a bit.

Also. We totally need a separate topic for this.
