Whenever I place or delete a block, minecraft crashes D:

Servers are extremely laggy, chat takes forever, collecting items after mining them takes forever, and if you see a mob it won't attack you, but then 5 minutes later you get random pain and die. I really want some help with this, is there any way to fix it? It's working fine on my other computer.

Try disabling your anti-virus, Setting your graphics mode to fast, disabling AO and enabling Framerate limit.

AO: Fancy Lighting
Framerate Limit: Makes it so your frame rate doesn't try to go too high and make you lag. (?)

My guess is to go into the .minecraft folder, delete the folder "bin", and then launch minecraft
If that doesnt work, go on the minecraft forums, they can help
