How to make the track placer thingy in the trains mod?

I spawned it with TooManyItems, but it wont work.
It just keeps driving forward and doesn't place a stuff.

How do you change the water texture?

Some mod packs come with MCpatcher and it changes the water for you, and can change the clock and compass textures. But I don't use them because I think they all look horrible, so I use the default water textures

It's pretty damn near completion, I'm done with the terrain and almost done with the mobs and items. Haven't really touched the GUI yet, but I'm getting there. I'll toss up a link if anyone wants to give it a test run.
