I need something to add danger to having my base by the water/ under the water.

Yea, plus Mojang always end up doing something different than the mods do.

I'm sure they'll incorporate some new way to interact with a shark, if they implement them.

Plus Mojang always seems to bring the best mods into minecraft as defaults, such as the pistons.

When I first saw those I was so pissed because I didn't wanna use mods, but I had so many uses for them. :c

I was playing Minecraft with a friend of mine and something quite amazing happened.  I found of of the following in the same area.







Theres a lot more then that.  I almost flooded it with lava but patched it back up.  Its not in any of the pictures but theres a huge pocket of coal too.

One time I found a vein of coal (well probably a stuffload of veins mashed together) and it had a whole stack of coal in it.
