hard just affects how many hits mobs can take i think. not really an issue if you fight correctly and hide right like you should be anyways.
i don't consider normal an option. if you are going to be a man and play mobs, then do it right.

the game SHOULD be played by trying hard not to take fall damage though. that peaceful crap is for lamers.

i only use peaceful for when i'm building some huge ass thing that would take more than a day

i was just walking on a beach and i heard this creepy sound. but it only played once.
im standing around wondering whats nearby. it didnt sound like the mobs im use to.

I once heard a very weird soundtrack while playing with my brother.
It wasn't anything i knew, it had some kind of boss track feeling.
Though there was no boss type mob to be seen. :C
