How did you make those sticky pistons retract on another?

Whenever I try, I only get this:
Sticky pistons can only pull and push other unextended pistons.

when the forget is better than wolves mod going to be updated?

First time working with anything semi-difficult redstone. Had to learn how to use redstone torches as inverters because I needed one group of pistons extended and the other normal at the same time.

Congratulations, but you forgot the most important thing of that kind of door.
The retracting facade.
Well that is if you are trying to make a Jeb_ door.

Wasn't really trying the jeb door, just wanted to do something with redstone torch inverting. But I obviously did base the stairs on that.

There is no way to make that without making some redstone elements visible in the hallway.

piston elevators suck though. on minecraft you need an elevator to raise you 20-100 squares. not 2.
would have been faster to run up stairs then jump in a wall slot and press a button.

do want

ive made a piston boat dispenser lol. it works WAY better then the oldschool trapdoor boat/cart drops.

Just finished a magazine fed TNT cannon using pistons. It's pretty compact, at the moment has a 3 round mag but I could expand it at the expense of compactedness. It's roughly the size of a normal TNT cannon right now
