It's not illegal if I have purchased the game already, it's basically just someone installing it for me.

I fought that moving block-thing in the bronze dungeon... but it NEEDS boss music. SERIOUSLY!

It's a sky dimension and thus must have pushing creatures to make it complete. Anyway, unless you fall onto a cold aercloud below or something you end up back on the surface without being hurt.

As for the lag, I've noticed that whilst I can play the surface world on normal/far rendering, I have to use short in the Aether.

Lol, play your own music. Minecraft doesn't have any location specific music yet.
