Its a problem with a mod, restart minecraft, samething happened to me when I downloaded Aether

When I go into fullscreen with F11 on minecraft it gets these annoying boxes and crap on the screen. I'll make a short video in a minute. Can't do the video now. It's like these bars on the sides of the screen that you see in the picture. When I turn it on I can see the pictures of the items for a split second, and it gets all glitchy and stuff.

Well... I still got my glitches. I tried deleting everything but my saves, texture packs, and screenshots, but that didn't work. I blame my PC.
