That emits SO MUCH LIGHT that it ALMOST lets you see in the dark and ALMOST prevents mobs from spawning!

It emits like half the light of a regular torch. Just use pistons and glowstone

i have dozens of redstone torches set up
they emit no light at all
or they emit light so small, that it's hardly even loving noticable.
