Go to minecraft.net and click on profile. You should figure out the reset of yourself then.

1. log into Minecraft.net
2. smash your computer

in all seriousness, you download a skin, or edit the default one (download the default one by clicking Profile after logging in on Minecraft.net, the download link is there), and upload the picture in that same Profile page, and in-game it will change

ass

I made a texture pack for people who dislike the colours of biomes;

The texture pack replaces all biome colours with a nice shade of green (To the right)
I also replaced the birch log with the normal wood texture but a darker shade;

Also cows look more like a "typical" cow;

I also edited a few items and the default doors + added more detail to sticky pistons;

Would anyone like me to release it?

why did you change the birch?
Birch is supposed look like it did.

also it's biome not binome

It looked better in my opinion and fixed.
Would you like me to change the birch texture back? or to a different texture?

Surprise? What have I missed?

8 hours + Friday + Notch = 1.8? :D
wtf
I pissed 8 hours ago, does that mean I have a leak of 1.8?

I'm getting a creeper cap.
Jelly?

I've been working on my lightswitch and I think it's as simple as it'll go with a lever :S

adapted for four lights instead of one:
