Get it, you'll enjoy it for quite a while. And with 1.8 coming out soon you'll enjoy it even more.

I haven't seen any minecraft videos, but I'm guessing they're all polished and have a hidden HUD and "cool" camera angles. That's possible, right?

Only good ones. Most videos are stuff. What about Yogscast? I never watched it because I couldn't find the first one, but I have seen my brother watching it and it looks like it would be good...

Well, it's a good thing to know it's possible. Because I MAY start doing videos like that, but it's highly unlikely.
