If you really want to see one play a Super hostile map, I usually see at least one in every run.

Not really, I think slimes have been massively broken since pretty much the day they came out. Notch made them spawn in loving insane numbers at first IIRC, then he fixed them, then later on he broke them again by making them spawn almost never.
