You can have water exposed to the sky in a cold biome to freeze water, or you can move Ice with pistons.

Isn't there going to be a boss monster in 1.9? I am thinking in that big dirt room in abandoned mines.

That could be a hint where they could be at, theres one just like that but with stone bricks in the strongholds, Sadly i only found it once.

At first I thought having more craftable mobs would be kind of dumb, but as long as they all have pros and cons and are made of different elemtns, it would be so cool. Stone golems could build walls in front of oncoming hostile mobs, fire golems set them on fire, grass golems make trees ... :O

that could be cool, but i don't know about your idea for stone golem. wouldn't that be like endermen? griefing the whole goddamned planet?
