Your image is broken, but if you mean glass towers, it baffles me you've ignored every repost we've done explaining they mark Strongholds. It was a debug thing Jeb forgot to remove.
I have my fenced-in areas designed so that there is a hole in the corner that opens with pistons, then when an animal goes in it closes, locking it in. Then they get swept away by water, straight to the slaughterhouse.

As I said, broken for me, too. You uploaded it to some file site instead of an image one. File sites don't host it them like that.
