You got to think that 30 thousand copies over 6 years is sort of disappointing

i blame the fact that blockland is based completely on creativity. you can play minecraft brainlessly while using blockland actually requires some form of effort to play. you need to think about what you're building and how it's going to work, while in minecraft the entire world is already pre-made.

tl;dr: lots of people are too lazy for blockland.

I don't like the idea of Minecraft being a LEGO product. It's just strange to me. It doesn't seem to work out, either.
