Yes, I was one of the first people to document this. Their textures are named after their profession, you could have easily looked this up. You'd also notice that although there is a "Villager" texture, it seems default Villager type is Farmer.
About two hours of work over a LAN game.

These weekly snapshots are annoying.
1) They're not weekly
2) 'We're doing wolf breeding before villager AI' - Why?! Wolves are pointless!
3) Nobody makes mods for the snapshots so there's no point actually using them
1: They were weekly, but they hit Holiday break. You're an starfish if you expected it over that time. They aren't obligated to be weekly, either.
2: Where did they say that? They said they're working on Villager AI, puppies, and then spreading out from there.
3: The point is we test this so they know what to fix so the next full release is as clean as possible. The game is supposed to be full now, so full public releases can't be as buggy as they used to be.
