Recently, in survival at a friend's house, (Sir Bricksalot) I got up early and got a ton of diamonds, gold, and redstone. He's been playing a survival map for at least a week or so and he hasn't gotten diamonds yet.

Then, soon after, I jumped off a cliff and lost all my diamonds and stuff. Still have a golem and a ton of gold and redstone.
