Make a sub division to your factory, make 3 input chests.

insert sand into 1, apatite into another, and dirt into the last

set up pipes into auto crafting tables, and an output pipe to a chest where the humus will be stored

remove the storage chest. and have it go STRAIGHT to the Machine
