Terrafirma craft isn't difficult because of the way it works, it's difficult because I have no loving idea how anything is supposed to be made. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Progress is slow, but I was ecstatic when I discovered javelins.

It really ramps up that whole "game relies on the wiki" concept to the max

Look for food faster?

If you can't find grass to get seeds, mushrooms for soup, or any animal that drops food before you start starving to death, start a new world because the game is just loving you in the ass

Edit: There's apples too, so start breaking leaves if you're desperate
