If you're using a cart-mounted light then I would assume it's to replace torches, which would then allow mobs to spawn near your track and impede movement as well as being a safety hazard. Pointless.

forget cassarite, i found one piece and when i tried to smelt it it loving disappeared. now i can't find any more and i'm suck with stuffty stone tools.

it's alright, star and I had the same problem and lost a good amount of bismuth before we figured it out

still, it's not the fun trial and error of original minecraft. this stuff is way too overly complicated to be given without a kind of guide. i found a guy doing videos but he just finds everything close together, so it's just "HOW LUCKY, I HAVE ALL THE SUPPLIES IN THE GAME!"
