I hate playing Tekkit in MP with anybody who I don't know very well, because it's so easy to make a nuclear bomb, or steal somebodies entire house.

i looked up a tutorial and it doesn't talk about port forwarding so i might try making a server
but it probably won't work

that's so stupid, why wouldn't they put it at the top

You also have to have a pretty good connection to host a Minecraft server, and your computer has to be able to handle two copies of Minecraft running at 60+ fps on each, while maintaining a ping of optimally under 150 to all clients.

the splash screen only takes a few seconds for me what

it's taking minutes for me. is it loading stuff or downloading stuff?
