Considering it's been just over two weeks since superflat generation was introduced into vanilla, I'd say it wasn't.

Haha. I bet this'll become a running joke in the Minecraft community.

this isn't what he did, he turned the whole world into a dissaprearing floor trap and this guy turned it into a time bomb.

Trying to understand what the forget he did is difficult as forget.  So over time, leave blocks decay. Sand falls onto wooden pressure plates, activating them and setting off TNT under the plates... Which falls onto... ground... which explodes... Okay, so it's 60 blocks down. You fall in, you'd be hurt at least... I only keep track of block distances visually, wouldn't remember but that should kill you anyway. But it makes a hole eventually which goes into the void...

I don't like that design honestly.

What I meant is I only know how far it takes to hurt me by looking - I don't keep track of specific numbers of blocks. But ya, if 60 blocks is death, it seems kind of useless to keep that layer. Might as well fall straight into the void, then have it slowly destroyed by the layer above. Although I do like leaf decay forcing them to fall.

it isnt supposed to be a trap, its supposed to be a decaying world

I just remembered you don't spawn on the topmost block. Ya, you spawn in that darkness, the tnt is above you. Etc.

mobs will kill you before the first tnt block falls.
