Bats are litterally the stupidest thing they have ever added to the game. Mobheads? sure, they look nice. Flower pots? ok, that stuff's alright. loving bats? go forget yourself.

Whats wrong with them? They are there for looks and such.

I'd trade them for something that's actually functional at the tip of a hat, but they're not terrible

They do nothing but make obnoxious squeaking noises. Maybe if they had some purpose, but right now they're useless.

i think bats should have 10000000000000000000000000000 000000000000000000000000000 hearts health, do 10000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000 0000000 damage in an explosion attack like a ghast and should drop a stack of nether stars, a stack of diamond blocks, a stack of iron blocks and a stack of redstone blocks when killed.

I wish you could farm them in some way. I was thinking pet, but I've seen bat pet mods and... being a full pet doesn't make much sense. But keeping them around, I'd like.

I wish I could have all this content while keeping the 1.7.3 world generation.

Then I'd forever play Minecraft. :/

Is there any mod that would patch the border between old world generation and new world generation?

I miss gravel beaches. I miss good beaches in general.

Thats the only thing I liked about 1.7, was the world generation.

Only beaches though.

I'm making a minecraft adventure map where the only way to achieve the goal in a level is to gather 8 gold to trade for 1 emerald, which you throw on the pressure plate. How do I prevent people from throwing the gold on the pressure plate?
