Problem is, if people get a coal block, they'll want it useable in a furnace. Except 8 coal smelts a stack, and making them hallow instead of solid makes them inconsistent. Yet having them work on 72 items when you can only fill to 64 is bad.

Well then maybe just a 2x2 crafting recipe for coal? You could cook 32.

I get pissed when i need to cook 7 of the same item + 1 of an other item.
