Author Topic: Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it  (Read 6833654 times)

i don't even get this stuff

Imo the animations are good but they keep choosing bad songs. Stuff that characters, like in that video, would only "wiggle" to. Play something they can dance to so we'll be impressed.

and with that, ComputerCraft 1.5 is out. now to wait for FTB's update.

i would consider it a matter of importance - after all, the excavate program keeps its fuel now.

with each FTB update I worry more and more about what new baloney Greg will do to his Tech

Wow, you can progress a lot farther in TFCII now, look at this.

Quote from: TFCII discussion forum
Stone - This is where quite a bit of TFC 1's mechanics will come into play. You will be using basic tools and metals to progress as you work towards the steel age where alloy This is day one up to the point where you can start to work with alloy metals such as steel. This will include the basics of tool creation, shelter, transportation (boats) and farming capabilities. You will not really be able to progress beyond this age without inter-island exploration.

Alloy - In this age more complex metals become available and the skill to work with them will start to play a bigger factor in the progression. Basic mechanical devices will start to be used in this age to progress on to the next. Survival in this age moves away from the basic necessities of food water and shelter and move into sustainable environments. Further need to explore new islands will start to be balanced by easy of transport.

Steam - Ah, we get to generated mechanical power as opposed to things like wind, water and animals. Steam will start to play a bigger role in the environment of the player both with accessing stronger material types and capabilities of the player.

Arcane - And finally we reach the last age where amazing materials can be made. Upon reaching this age the player will be able to achieve greater control over their environment.

This is what this mod needs, but sadly, these are only things that might be added into TFC ;-;

http://mojang.com/2013/02/minecraft-pi-edition-is-available-for-download/

Official Site: http://pi.minecraft.net/
Direct Download: http://assets.minecraft.net/pi/minecraft-pi-0.1.1.tar.gz

It is free. :O But seems to only be set to work on the Pi. I'm sure someone can figure out a auto-translation for normal computers. It's still in development, so excuse it's current state.

Why would we need that? The PC version we have is just fine, and there's a demo available, not to forget to mention Classic mode.

Besides, if you look at the website, it has been out for more than a month now.

It was released several hours ago. It was planned months ago. I linked an older version of it I found on the assets site, which was locked by password so you couldn't download it.

And the first link I gave. They might have modified a news post, or forgot to forgetin' tell us it came out.
