Does anybody host or have a server they go to that fits or comes close to this criteria:

• Community Oriented
• Active players
• Mods are a big plus but not required
• RPG-ish to an extent
• Doesn't suck

If I have to gain your trust or whitelist, then that's cool. Not looking for massive servers that have thousands or hundreds of frequent players, just a smaller community.
