Yes, and how they talked about how they'd be almost indistinguishable amongst the common infected could just be fixed by making him "all white". I always pictured him to be just like a walking witch in a straight jacket, with masculine features.

Maybe an inch shorter than the smoker and probably have some heavy breathing sounds about him would make him a lot easier to tell apart from regular infected :P

They could take some inspiration for the Screamers from Condemned II and have some form of Screamers limbless, hanging from ceiling/walls with amplified/instant screaming, in addition to normal Screamers.
