Looks like the same Link from Twilight Princess, maybe a year or so later. The girl looks extremely similar to the Queen Fairy from Wind Waker. And what's worse is that he appears to be right-handed.

The reason he's right-handed is because of in TP, they made him a righty because of the way you grab the remote, which is remote in right, nunchuck in left.
But the GC version of TP had link left handed, and the gameworld was "Flipped".
