Well what I hope is that some people actually make sense. These weapons are meant to work in a set, so that you don't have to have mini-nuke, or spartan lazer, or hl2 gun thing, or any other stuff. This set is supposed to be a complete pack to fill every nitche so that a themed dm where all weapons are appropriately strengthed and work toegether to create a balanced and working dm.
Unfortunately people are forget tards and enable 20000 addons that they never actually use in the minigame itself, if there is one at all and it is not just a free build server. And when they do host the minigame, they just throw these weapons in with the rest and it becomes an even larger pile of jumbled stuff.
