I heard it from Adult Swim last night, so I decided to google new mgs game this morning and got this. MGS: Rising.

I simply cannot wait, until this game is released. MGS4 was amazing, this should be ust as good, if not better!

No, it was a PS3 exclusive. MGS4 was.

Metal Gear Solid: Rising is an upcoming game set in the Metal Gear series. Announced at E3 2009, the game will be released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC and will star Raiden. The series' former tagline, "Tactical Espionage Action", has been replaced with "Lightning Bolt Action" a play on Raiden's name. Nevertheless, Hideo Kojima has confirmed that it is still a stealth game.

It could be sometime right before or after Raiden comes in during MGS4.
