The blur does so little to reduce fps that its not really worth it.

I found a few nice mods, like one that adds a crapload of wacky perks that make things a bit more interesting. There's allot of cool addons out for Fallout 3, it's a bit surprising, although this isn't exactly a new game but still most of the mods are way better quality then Oblivion's, which were mostly nudie patches and stuff.

I do already have fallout 3, But bethesda is on my top 5 gaming companys list, So i would rather buy it and support them.

It's north west of megaton at the area with the enclave and the broke farm stockpile thing on its side. there should be a sewer entrance in a little shack

There are two NPC's in it. a RL-3 that acts as your butler and a guy that is supposed to sell stuff but I can't get him to work. feel free to murder him and take his inventory key

It also makes the Enclave science suit protect you from radiation
