LIES! THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE GORDON FREEMAN!
YEAH! TWO WOULD BE NONSENSE!

I was referring to the PC version, unless they made it compatible for the 360 to play online servers like FF11 does.

What about his brother?

John Freeman fired the wepon

Thanks Rughugger, ill try some crackdown.

I thought crackdown wasn't splitscreen.

If you like them generic RPGs, try Sacred II, it has local co-op plus online, and at the same time. (I don't play it because I got it before the patch that fixes the bug where you can randomly lose characters)
Halo 3 for online splitscreen play, because I really haven't seen another FPS do this yet.
Eternal Sonata or some Tales game if you like RPGs where you go into battles and hit stuff. (other players only participate in combat)
Ummm... Dunno what else.
I have actually Sacred I! :D

Now going on topic, Doom 3, Gow1&2, COD:WaW,Halo

Oh and L4D in Split Screen sucks really bad, it lags a lot.

Ghostbusters,
Wait, wha?
I don't recall any splitscreen multiplayer.

Earth Defense Force 2017.

co-op on hard+ difficulty is fun as heck.

battle mode(mulitplayer) can get intense after you unlock a lot of weapons.

Resident Evil 5 has fantastic splitscreen co-op, then there's Gears of War 2, Army of Two, Halo 3, Left 4 Dead [Has fine splitscreen, just reduced draw distances] and (ugh) Kane and Lynch, or DOOM on the arcade (4-player splitscreen). Alternatively, you could get arcade games like Castle Crashers or Bomberman.

A friend of mine has an xbox360 so I only played cod5 and gow2 split screen.
The console itself seems quite enjoyable.

He is talking about deathmatch which is not split-screen

Since when is HL2DM included in the 360 version of the Orange Box?
