And how would I use that in this way? Is there an "OnRadiusImpulseEnter"? I don't think so.

Thats exactly that same thing as invinsible walls.
Except its smaller.

Look at Trader's water brick events. Schedule something while in water, cancel it when you leave.

Try a combo of Water Current, and Breath.

Just mod oxygen so it goes down when you're in the water, not just under it.

or how about a player that cannot be in water at all Example: if get in water = die.

People are going to just fall in sometimes, water shouldn't instantly kill them. He would end up having to build invisible walls so people don't constantly die because they were walking too close to the edge of the island.
