Cruise ships are way to big, and you couldn't walk around when you're driving anyways.

Just build one.

I think it's possible with the current engine to make a vehicle that you can walk on, and drive at the same time.
People would just keep falling off of it.

I just got off a cruise about 2 weeks ago. A cruise ship is like a city at sea. It would be extremely difficult to model out all of the rooms. It is hard enough to build one let alone model one.

This will just never get done.

I don't know if they are planning on "rooms", just the deck and maybe a few rooms.
