I get lag when i play gmod now i set the stuff to low and up in -dxlevel 81 it worked great before but now it lags.

Need help.

get rid of crap mods

Remove some addons non-usefull, it'll help.

all i have is 1 new map Gm_flatgrass night with water.
Left 4 dead models and ragdolls
Skyrocket mod.

And i think thats all.

Get a better computer.

Post your computer specs; GMOD requires a lot more processor power than HL2 or TF2 requires.

Dude i kinda did i have a new graphics card and i can run the sims 3 and left 4 dead.

You can have a stuffty graphics card and still run them.
A graphics card has nothing to do with you experiencing "lag" in Garry's Mod

GMOD needs more RAM and processing power than a good graphics card.

Even i have a better graphics card then that
