Update grwaifcs drivers, reinstall L4D if its failing hard OR defrag it with steam.

It's imageshack being hacked or something. Don't use imageshack for now, use stuff like photobucket or tinypic.

I agree. I like using my.opera.com because I can just bookmark the page where I upload pictures to, quick and easy, and I've set it so it doesn't resize images.

Though flickr, I think, could be a nice thing to use also.

Vista is not so great, if possible I would recommend XP or 7 maybe, although you could keep Vista because it still gets the job done.

I play L4D on Vista and it's just fine (Only my internet connection gets in the way of a good non-laggy game most of the time)

So... Other than the FPS thing, i don't see a problem?
