Doesn't Quake have a BFG 40k or something like that? Because the gun in that picture kinda looks like it.

Quake II and III had a BFG 10k. In Quake II, it was more like the classic BFG. Shot a huge green ball that shot green lasers at nearby enemies and exploded on contact with anything. Quake III's 10k was more of an automatic rocket launcher.
