Author Topic: Buying a videogame.  (Read 1642 times)

So, I have 100 dollars, I have 40 planned for Steam. Counter-strike, all the games to date, and HL:S. Both for G-mod, but Counter-strike sounds like some fun.

So the question stands, what do I spend my other 60 on? I bought Bio-shock, and beat it in 3 days, so I returned it. I also bought Soul Calibur 4, but that sucked. So I returned it. I also bought Banjo-Kazooie, but that sucked, or so I thought. So I returned it as well.

Back to 60 dollars, what to buy?

Heads up: We're actually in South Carolina to watch my Grandma, since she now needs constant attention. We're not going to Myrtle Beach or some sort of Casino or any of that bullstuff.

Stuff on your vacation instead of nothing but games.

South Carolina is nothing special, we come here twice a year to visit the rest of our family.

Well, you could give me money for beer.

Or you could give me money for drugs

Or you could give me money for another set of SLI memory

Or you could give me money for another video card

Or you could give me money for a new sound card

Or you could give me money for a better power supply

Or you could give me money to go to vegas ( You're invited )

Or you could give me money for gas ( For vegas)

Or you could give me money for a strip club ( Bring your fake ID)

Or you could give me money for an iPhone

Or you could spend money on your vacation like a good boy, and don't be a loving idiot and go against what your dad says

Or you could give me money for beerdrugs

Any option.

Uh, No.
Im tired of answers like these when people make threads on what to do with their money.

Well looks like South Carolina already has your lazy ass in mind...

Their tagline at the bottom is appropriately said: "All of our sites promise more ways to play with South Carolina including videos, games, and blogs."

Well, what kind of games you like?

ghostbusters ( the new one )

becuse they got it right this time

What?
He doesn't understand what SLI is.

SLI is a link between two graphics cards.

Code: [Select]
Scalable Link Interface (SLI) is a brand name for a multi-GPU solution developed by Nvidia for linking two or more video cards together to produce a single output.
And calling a video card memory isn't a exception to his ignorance. :D

Left 4 Dead.

Actually it isn't.

It just runs off of the same engine.
They improved their shaders for FO's modified engine.
