Chances are you murdered someone. Maybe for a quest, so you didn't think you'd get a bounty or something.

I was helping liberate kvatch and in the process of fighting with some other people i might've killed one of my teammates by accident or something.

And everyone died except for the archer :D
and I stole their armor.
and before that I killed that half orc in the arena.

he just let me kill him because he found out he was (SPOILER ALERT) a half orc half vampire.
And I took his stuff and his raiment which I shouldve kept instead of the heavy crappy one that ysabel gave me.
i pickpocketed him before i killed him too though.
and my biggest fan followed me and got killed.
EVERYTIME I GO TO SKINGRAG, I HAVE A HUGE BOUNTY.
