I come with a bulldozer and push everyone on the hill off. Then build red bricks around it and event it with "Onplayertouch.player.kill"

WhatevaGuy is saddened to find that somebody has built a house of red bricks over his "area" where he slept.  He digs his way up, yelling "don't use the default color" and hammers Siren to death.  He then makes it more pretty and adds a fan and some beds.  After that, he fills the hole.  He then sits and watches the only entrance/exit (marked by a JVS 'Cabin Door').  WhatevaGuy is king, after he adds some pretty floorboards.

EDIT: I have a machine gun, BTW.  Do not mess with me.

The house was made of 2x1 bricks so i blow it apart with my Rocket launcher kill you and escape inside before the bricks reform. Then i add a new line to all the bricks events on-projectile-hit>Player>Kill and i remove the door.
