the rain effect is cool, but more rain drops should drop onto the lens when you look up.

The blueprints came from autocad, then I made the building off them in sketchup. I used GIMP to combine the plans, wireframe model and building render into a single image.

The way they refract light looks too fake, you should make them look more round. (light refraction-wise)
