No it's because you don't understand how the face of a cat is formed. It looks like the feline equivalent of Stewie from Family Guy.

Because of lots of requests via Steam, Skype, and some Voxliers, I've decided to post a quick picture I drew. I forgot to do layer coloring, so I tried doing a coloring style where I make it scribble-like right before the lines. It has a boring pose, but people still liked it. It isn't a really fancy pic, this took me like, 10-15 minutes, maybe less. It's really simple. See it here:
