I meant they added maps, modded weapons, added stolen maps, and new decals.

This is no different from RTB, i can just get rtb but this had some stuff rtb still needed to add by downloading in parts

The "Based off of Bleh's RTB" means that it was based off of his RTB folder, which he released.
