Why is airsplat unreccomended?

Because airsplat is crap

Because airsplat is crap

no its not, imo

fast shipping and anything I bought from there is hella high quality

I don't like airsplat, I had ordered a gun and an extra clip (they recommended the clip for the gun) and by brother ordered an M4 and an extra mag. Now my brother's order worked out, minus the fact that the extra mag didn't work for the gun. However, my gun was backordered for two months, then when it got here the extra mag didn't work. The gun was an average backyard gun but it only lasted maybe ten to twenty games. Then the piece that fed the BBs through the magazine broke and the gun was useless. So that's why I don't like it.

Coming from someone who has an average of 44 post a day, get out of here with that stuff.

Airsplat is horrible, they mess up orders, send you broken stuff, just a bad site to buy from. AirsoftGI is the overall best US site to order from, great customer service, good deals (free shipping on anything that is 100 dollars, can combine with 10-15% off coupons.)

I love Redwolfairsoft and Ehobbyasia though, they've got a much better selection of items compared to any state side site.

Rather buy from a store.  Heck, its the only way.

Your not allowed to ship Airsoft where I live.

There aren't any stores close to me and online sites usually have a better selection. Where do you live?

Its pretty damn obvious.

NYC.  I go out into Long Island, like Suffolk to get some Airsoft.

My brothers just hosted an airsoft party for their birthday (They're twins if you were wondering). We had about 20 people over and we played quite a few rounds of airsoft. It was pretty fun.

Also, to everyone who is spending hundreds of dollars to buy automatics and a bunch more money upgrading them and buying .20 gram or higher bb's, I took out 2 g36c's and a $400 sniper with a $30 CO2 pistol in only 2 15-round clips. I had no fancy gear (The clips were in my pocket) and I was only wearing safety glasses. And I'm playing with people that spend loads of time playing airsoft and spending tons of money.

Yes, anyone dressing up for airsoft needs to go out and do the real thing.

That's my thoughts on it.

But, if that's your hobby, go for it. I'm not saying you should do that if you really love airsoft for whatever reason, all I'm saying is that if you are spending loads of money trying to buy the best equipment so that you can do better, it doesn't really help.

The main rule of airsoft (like in rl) is location. But don't just camp and hid so you don't get shot. If you're doing that, there's no point to be playing. If get out, wait till next round and talk about the last game with your buddies. It's more fun when people take chances. And you end up having better stories.

I've never been into airsoft but I have always wanted to make my own airsoft gun from scratch
