i.e. there wasn't a dynamic rendering system so bricks couldn't be recolored except to specific textures. Very few colorsets. One neat thing was the textured bricks, I guess.ABUSE IS FUNThe game messed up with the brick stack in many ways so hacks like floating and overlapping bricks were added to stop the wand levelling your builds from totally unrelated places.

by the way, why can't you build on the floor of maps in v0002?

it's to reduce spam...i found a loop-hole...
Make a brick on a plate...and move it OFF the plate on the floor :P

DLing and trying it out, i came to blockland in mid v8 (which rocked) and i was insterested in how blockland was in the beginning so thanks, this really helps :)

Probably because it starts up with -game rtb instead of -mod because it's a full fledged mod?
